Contact for questions about the processing of your personal data

Not yet published. Atma-Niyam is not yet operating with real Data Principals, and no contact has been appointed.

Rule 9 requires the business contact information of a Data Protection Officer, if applicable, or of a person able to answer questions about the processing of your personal data. A Data Protection Officer is only mandatory for a Significant Data Fiduciary under §10 of the Act; Atma-Niyam has not been notified as one, so a responsible contact will be named here rather than a DPO.
